![]() Trampoline Training: (ages 12-18 years) 'Air sense' is an essential component of freestyle skiing and the Vancouver Freestyle Ski Club is pleased to host a fall trampoline program to promote its development among our athletes. Trampoline training is offered to improve the agility, coordination, strength and endurance necessary to safely advance Freestyle Skiing skills. Athletes are expected to have learned basic trampoline /tumbling skills as our freestyle trampoline program is focused on air maneuvers. This year for our fall 2011 program, the trampoline training sessions will be held at Cub Aviva on Tuesday nights. Details of the program and registration process are as follows: Where: Club Aviva, 98 Brigantine Drive, Coquitlam, BC When: Every Tuesday, 7:00 pm to 9:00 pm, Starting October 11 to Dec 13th (10 Classes) Cost: $200 plus HST or $224 per person Registration is limited and will be on first come basis. Register by confirming attendance by e-mail with Martina Sonderhoff at martina.s@telus.net or by phone at 604-329-1225. Payment can be to Club Aviva by cheque or by credit card, due in full on the first day of class, October 11, 2011. All athletes must have CFSA insurance prior to attendance. Please arrive by 7:00 pm on the first day to process payments and start fun on time. We really encourage our athletes to participate in tramp to improve their "air sense". If you are unable to attend these classes consider attending trampoline, gymnastics or diving classes at other recreational facilities.
